Emanuele Mazzella Executive Chef di @pasigarestaurant vanta una vasta esperienza sia in Italia che all'estero e numerosi riconoscimenti. Ad oggi è uno chef legato al territorio in cui opera, ma soprattutto alla materia prima e alla sua ricerca seguendone sempre la stagionalità, cosi da non snaturarne il gusto. La ricerca costante e il rispetto degli ingredienti uniti ai sapori e ai profumi delle sue origini ischitane, alimentano questa sua grande passione per la cucina. Il risultato è un perfetto connubio tra gusto ed estetica, tra tradizione Campana e Sarda esaltate entrambe nei piatti di Emanuele.

Emanuele Mazzella Executive Chef of @pasigarestaurant boasts extensive experience both in Italy and abroad and numerous awards. To date he is a chef linked to the territory in which he operates, but above all to the raw material and its research, always following its seasonality, so as not to distort its taste. Constant research and respect for ingredients combined with the flavors and aromas of his Ischia origins fuel his great passion for cooking. The result is a perfect combination of taste and aesthetics, between Campanian and Sardinian traditions both enhanced in Emanuele's dishes.
